Amma Chakki Atta is made from high-protein winter wheat grown in nutrient-rich chernozem (black soil), naturally abundant in nitrogen and essential minerals. This premium wheat delivers strong gluten strength, improved nutrition, and a naturally rich aroma — resulting in softer rotis, better puffing, and superior taste

Perfect Dough Ratio – For Soft, Fluffy Roti's Every Time   

For best results, mix 100 g of Amma Chakki Atta with 50-60 ml of water at room temperature. This ideal hydration level develops a balanced gluten network, giving the dough excellent elasticity and ensuring soft, flexible, easy-to-roll roti's.

Dough Storage - Freshness That Lasts Longer

Prepared dough can be safely stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days without losing texture, aroma, or softness. This provides everyday convenience while maintaining consistent roti quality.
